§1. General provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting the personal data of individuals using the website available at www.grupagmt.pl (hereinafter: the "Website").

  2. The controller of personal data is Grupa GMT Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Moniuszki 8, 55-120 Golędzinów, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 915-179-19-26 (hereinafter: the "Controller").

  3. The Controller can be contacted regarding personal data matters:

  4. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: the "GDPR") and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

§2. What data we collect

  1. The Controller collects personal data voluntarily provided by the user through the contact form available on the Website and in direct correspondence (e-mail, phone).

  2. The scope of processed data includes in particular:

    • first and last name,
    • e-mail address,
    • phone number,
    • the content of the message and other data provided voluntarily by the user.
  3. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to respond to the submitted inquiry.

§3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

  1. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
    • responding to an inquiry submitted through the contact form or correspondence — legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller's legitimate interest in handling correspondence);
    • provision of services and contact in matters related to their performance — legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
    • establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims — legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

§4. Data retention period

  1. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in particular:

    • for the duration of correspondence and handling of the inquiry,
    • in the case of concluding a contract — for its duration and the period resulting from legal provisions (including tax and accounting regulations),
    • until the expiry of the limitation period for any potential claims.
  2. After the indicated periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

§5. Data recipients

  1. Personal data may be transferred to entities processing it on behalf of the Controller, in particular:

    • hosting service providers on whose servers the Website is stored,
    • IT and e-mail service providers.
  2. These entities process data solely under an agreement with the Controller and in accordance with its instructions.

  3. Data is not transferred to third countries (outside the European Economic Area) or to international organizations.

§6. Rights of the data subject

  1. Every individual whose data is processed has the right to:

    • access their data and receive a copy of it,
    • rectify (correct) their data,
    • erase their data,
    • restrict the processing of their data,
    • data portability,
    • object to the processing of their data,
    • withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent), without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

  3. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland) — if they consider that the processing of their data infringes the GDPR.

§7. Cookies

  1. The Website uses cookies — small text files saved on the user's end device.

  2. Cookies are used to:

    • ensure the proper functioning of the Website,
    • adapt the content of the Website to the user's preferences,
    • create anonymous statistics that help understand how the Website is used.
  3. The user may change cookie settings in their web browser at any time, including blocking cookies. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities of the Website.

§8. Final provisions

  1. The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available on the Website.

  2. In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act shall apply.
